Trackside Stays is an informational directory of train-themed and trackside places to stay. We don't own, operate, manage, or book any property listed here. Bookings are made directly with the property or a third-party booking site, under their own terms.

Accuracy

We compile details from official property sites and other published sources and try to keep them current, but rates, rooms, availability, train schedules, and policies change. Always confirm details directly with the property before booking or traveling.

No liability

The site and everything on it is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. We aren't responsible for any property's rates, availability, condition, safety, or conduct, or for any trip, excursion, or stay. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trackside Stays isn't liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site or from any stay or trip you book.

Independence and trademarks

Trackside Stays is independent. We aren't affiliated with or endorsed by any property, railroad, excursion, or brand listed on the site unless clearly stated. Property names, railroad names, and logos belong to their owners and are used only to identify them.

Links to other sites

The site links to property websites and other third-party sites. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Some links may be affiliate links, and we'll label them when they are.

Submissions

When you send us a stay, tip, or photo, you confirm the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have the right to share it. You give Trackside Stays permission to edit, publish, and display it on the site and in the newsletter. We may decline, edit, or remove any submission at our discretion.

Content and takedowns

The site's text, maps, and design belong to Trackside Stays. You're welcome to link to any page. Please don't copy large parts of the directory. If we use photos, they're credited to their owners and used with permission or under license.
